The HAVEN project is pleased to invite you to a dedicated webinar focused on advancing Hybrid Energy Storage Systems (HESS) in Europe. The event will feature four leading Horizon Europe-funded projects (HAVEN, SMHYLES, HiHelios, and StoRIES) each bringing a unique perspective on how HESS technologies can support Europe’s transition to a smarter, cleaner, and more resilient energy system.
As the energy sector faces growing demands for flexibility, reliability, and sustainability, hybrid storage technologies are emerging as a vital solution. This webinar will provide a cross-project view of different HESS applications, challenges, and innovations.
Participating Projects :
- HAVEN – Smart, Modular, and Scalable HESS
HAVEN aims to design and demonstrate a modular, scalable, and sustainable Hybrid Energy Storage System with advanced cognitive functionalities. The system combines high-energy and high-power capabilities to support grid services and EV charging.
