The HAVEN Project consortium gathered in person on January 21 and 22, 2025, to celebrate the first anniversary of the project. Over the course of these two days, the consortium held its General Assembly, reflecting on the milestones achieved and strategizing for the year ahead.

This important meeting provided an opportunity to review the project’s progress, discuss emerging challenges, and collaboratively solutions to advance its goals. The GA also served as a platform to showcase the work completed and set priorities for the next phase of the project.

One of the key moments of the assembly was the Eco-Design Workshop, where consortium partners were invited to share their expert insights on Hybrid Energy Storage Systems (HESS) and discuss design strategies aimed at improving the sustainability of energy systems.

The workshop, expertly facilitated by INEGI partners Inês Alves and Carolina Fraga, provided valuable contributions that will significantly inform ongoing efforts to develop stationary Energy Storage Systems (ESS) with a reduced environmental footprint and minimized reliance on critical raw materials.
